Direct orders from individuals must be prepaid in U.S. funds or charged through VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and must include postage, and if applicable, *Kansas Sales Tax.
Postage is calculated as follows for orders within the U.S.:
$6.00 for the first book
$1.25 for each additional book
