Ways of War, Ways of Peace conference

Beth Bailey, coeditor of Beyond Pearl Harbor: A Pacific History, will deliver the keynote address at the conference Ways of War, Ways of Peace: American and British Military Leadership since 1912. The conference, hosted by The University of Alabama’s Department of History and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst’s (UK) Centre for Army Leadership, will take place Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24.

The general registration fee ($20 before October 16, $25 thereafter) will include admittance to all panels and keynotes, free parking, Monday lunch, and a reception. Admission is free to all University of Alabama staff, faculty, and students, as well as British and American active-duty military personnel and veterans.
