Stephen F. Knott, author of four University Press of Kansas books, will give the keynote address at the annual conference of the Tennessee Council for Higher Education (TNCHE) in Memphis, Tennessee. Knott will speak about his book The Lost Soul of the American Presidency: The Decline into Demagoguery and the Prospects for Renewal.
A dinner reception will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Knott will give his keynote address from 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.
