Tor Bukkvoll is senior research fellow at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment in Kjeller, Norway. A specialist in Russian and Ukrainian security and defense policies, Bukkvoll has been a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford and the Naval Postgraduate School.
