Roger Biles

Roger Biles is professor of history at Illinois State University. His other books include Richard J. Daley: Politics, Race, and the Governing of Chicago; From Tenements to the Taylor Homes: In Search of an Urban Housing Policy in Twentieth-Century America, coedited with John F. Bauman and Kristin Szylvian; and Illinois: A History of the Land and Its People.
