Larry Gara

Larry Gara is professor of history and chair of the Department of History at Wilmington College. He is the author of The Liberty Line: The Legend of the Underground Railroad, Westernized Yankee: The Story of Cyrus Woodman, The Baby Dodds Story, as told to Larry Gara (the autobiography of an early New Orleans jazz musician), and A Short History of Wisconsin.
